1. Viewer Help: Rentals
Issues with playback, 3-7 day window, receipts, or access? Email your order ID, film title, device, and a short description. Email is required at checkout to deliver your rental and receipts.
2. Viewer Help: Payments
Failed transaction, duplicate charge, or no access after payment? Include the email used for purchase. We do not store full card details. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
3. TVOD Model
4th Ground is TVOD only. Rent individual films for 3-7 days. No subscriptions. All films are fully licensed, including music and artwork. "Coming soon" means license secured.
4. Technical Issues
DRM, app, or browser problems? Include device, OS, browser, screenshot, and time of issue.
5. DRM & POPIA Requests
Access, correct, or delete your data under POPIA. DMCA notice or counter-notice? Email support@4thground.com with Subject: "POPIA Request" or "DMCA Notice".
